Pack DUAL Experience CAPE EPIC

Includes: - Hotel pre-race + prologue + stage 1: 4 nights, from March 14 to 18 on a half-board basis and in a shared double room in Durbanville, 7 km from the registration, the prologue and the start of stages 1 and 2. · Post-race hotel: 1 night after the end of the race, on March 23, with accommodation and breakfast in a shared double room in Cape Town. - Motorhome from the end of stage 2 to the end of the last stage. · Transport of the bike, the rider and luggage on all journeys throughout the race. · Mechanical service. · Massage service. · Travel insurance.

Motorhome

4-seater motorhome rental (2 double beds 1.5m), recommended for 2 people. Includes: · Vehicle rental from March 15, registration day, to March 23 at the end of the last stage. · Driver to move the vehicle from camp to camp. · Fuel. · Roadside insurance for the driver designated by MASQUEBICI. · The parking space for the motorhome within our area, together with our mechanics and masseurs, within what is called the Supporter Village. Does not include: · Interior insurance. If something breaks inside, it will be the responsibility of the riders. Important: the bathroom in the motorhome cannot be used as we do not have space to evacuate, there is a shower and sink service in the areas where the motorhomes are. Mechanical Service Cape Epic

The service starts on the day of registration (delivery of race numbers), we assemble the bike and leave it ready for the start of the race. Assistance at the start of each stage where pressures are checked and details are finalised. Assistance at the end of each stage where the bike is washed, greased, adjusted and repaired, finding it perfect the next day to face the challenge. At the end of the last stage, in our hotel in Cape Town, we can pack the bike if necessary. All labour is included, cleaning and lubrication products as well; but any other spare parts or materials will be charged separately. Repairs and maintenance of suspensions or telescopic seat posts will be charged separately. Carbon frame repairs as well. Service subject to a minimum participation and possible changes due to circumstances.

Massage Service Cape Epic

This service starts on the day of registration (distribution of race numbers) and ends at the start of the last stage. It consists of a 45-minute post-stage recovery and regenerative massage and a warm-up massage before the stage. It includes all the extras such as cold or heat creams, Kinesiotape, bandages, etc.... Everything the therapist considers necessary to ensure good performance and that our runners finish the race in the best conditions. All services are subject to possible changes due to race circumstances.

Vip camp tent (price for 2 riders)

It includes: - The space inside the Supporter Village to pitch the tent and have electricity. - Tent of 3 meters X 3 meters and 2.10 meters high for each couple. It is a tent for 4 people that we will use for 2 - Two safari-type beds of 190*63 (you must bring a sleeping bag), two safari-type chairs and a table per tent - Own light in each store with plugs for your GPS, phones, etc. - Access to the same bathrooms of the "supporter village" that are better and with less queue than those of the normal camp - Transportation of the Cape Epic suitcase from camp to camp without having to move it, just leave it in front of the tent and we load it - Common rest areas next to the masseuses and mechanics. In each camp you will find prepared tents and suitcases.
