Pack MQB- Cape Epic

Our MASQUEBICI Package includes accommodation, transportation, mechanics, and a massage, so you can focus on enjoying yourself and performing at your best. - Pre-race hotel: (March 13 and 14) Bed and breakfast in a shared double room, located in Durbanville, just 7 km from check-in and the prologue. - Post-race hotel: (March 22) Bed and breakfast in a shared double room, in downtown Cape Town, to relax and celebrate the end of the adventure. - Mechanics and massage services (starting on the 14th and ending on the 22nd) Full transportation for the rider and bike from the airport to the hotel, between stages, and from the hotel to the airport. This price is valid until January 1st.

Mechanical Service Cape Epic

Initial assembly: Starts on the day of registration (bike number delivery). We assemble your bike and inspect it thoroughly. - Assistance before each stage: Every morning, we perform a quick check and make any last-minute adjustments: tire pressure, lubrication, and general checks. - Assistance at the end of each stage: At the end of each day, we wash, lubricate, and thoroughly inspect your bike. We correct any damage or adjustments so that it's ready and in perfect condition to continue the challenge the next day. PRICES: All labor, as well as cleaning and lubrication products, are included in the service. Spare parts and additional materials will be billed separately, as will repairs to suspension, dropper seatposts, or carbon frames. Service subject to a minimum participation rate.

Massage Service Cape Epic

Daily massage service for riders participating in the Absa Cape Epic. Includes a warm-up massage before each stage and a 45-minute post-stage recovery massage, from the day of registration until the start of the final stage. No massage is provided after the final stage. Our physiotherapists use hot and cold creams, kinesiology tape, bandages, and other treatments tailored to each runner's needs, ensuring optimal recovery and peak performance throughout the race. Service subject to possible adjustments due to race circumstances.

Vip camp tent (price for 2 riders)

It includes: - The space inside the Supporter Village to pitch the tent and have electricity. - Tent of 3 meters X 3 meters and 2.10 meters high for each couple. It is a tent for 4 people that we will use for 2 - Two safari-type beds of 190*63 (you must bring a sleeping bag), two safari-type chairs and a table per tent - Own light in each store with plugs for your GPS, phones, etc. - Access to the same bathrooms of the "supporter village" that are better and with less queue than those of the normal camp - Transportation of the Cape Epic suitcase from camp to camp without having to move it, just leave it in front of the tent and we load it - Common rest areas next to the masseuses and mechanics. In each camp you will find prepared tents and suitcases.

MOTORHOME ALL INCLUSIVE – ABSA CAPE EPIC

Experience the Cape Epic in total comfort and freedom with our All-Inclusive Motorhome service (March 15–22), ideal for enjoying the race without worrying about logistics or transfers. Includes: Vehicle rental for the entire week. Space in the MASQUEBICI Supporter Village, with a guaranteed pitch and electricity connection. Complete rental management: pick-up, deposit, and documentation. Transportation between camps: Montagu, Greyton, Stellenbosch, and return to Cape Town. Final drop-off and fuel included, at no additional cost. Conditions: Cleaning is the responsibility of the runners. The vehicle's bathroom is not accessible (there are no wastewater disposal areas); if used, the surcharge is the user's responsibility. MOTORHOME – ABSA CAPE EPIC

Experience the Absa Cape Epic independently and comfortably in a campervan, without worrying about logistics. Includes: Vehicle rental from March 15th to 22nd, ready for use all week. Transfers between camps: MASQUEBICI will transport the campervan from Montagu to Greyton and from Greyton to Stellenbosch. Vehicle use: The client picks it up near the airport and uses it during the race in designated areas. Important: Fuel is not included. Space in the Supporter Village must be booked directly with the organizers. The price increases by €100 on January 1st and another €100 on February 1st, so advance booking is recommended.

MOTORHOME SIN ESPACIO EN SUPPORTER VILLAGE – ABSA

Experience the Absa Cape Epic with the independence of a motorhome, with logistics managed by MASQUEBICI. From March 15th to 22nd, everything will be organized: transfers, fuel, and vehicle delivery, so you can focus solely on enjoying yourself and relaxing. Includes: Vehicle rental from March 15th to 22nd. MASQUEBICI manages pickup, deposit, and documentation. Transportation between camps: Montagu, Greyton, Stellenbosch, and the finish in Cape Town. Final delivery and fuel included. Conditions: Vehicle cleaning is the responsibility of the riders. The bathroom is not accessible; if used, the riders will be responsible for any additional costs.
