Our mechanical service is designed so you can focus solely on pedaling and enjoying the Titan experience to the fullest. We ensure your bike is always in top condition before, during, and after each stage. Includes: Initial assembly: We unpack, assemble, and leave your bike ready to ride upon arrival in Morocco (the date will depend on the organization's delivery). Before each stage: Pressure adjustment and final check before the start. After each stage: Washing, greasing, and tuning. Each morning, your bike will be immaculately prepared for further racing. Race closing: Cleaning, greasing, and final packaging so you can take your bike home ready and protected. Materials included: Labor, cleaning products, lubricants, and oils. Suspension and seatpost maintenance, repairs, and maintenance.

BIKE TRANSPORTATION TITAN DESERT

Before the race: You must bring or send your bike to MASQUEBICI Sabadell at least 3 days before the race deadline. We will disassemble it and carefully pack it in the official Titan Desert box. Once packed, we will deliver it directly to the organization's official warehouse in Barcelona, ​​where they will then handle transport to Morocco. After the race: The organization will return the bikes to their warehouse in Barcelona. MASQUEBICI will collect your bike and return it to Sabadell, where you can pick it up clean, assembled, and ready to ride (exact dates will depend on the organization's return schedule). Please note that the price of this service will increase by €59 starting February 1st.

Bike Ready Service – Titan Desert Marruecos

The Bike Ready service is designed for participants who want their bike cared for and ready every day, but without requiring full race assistance. It's a practical and simple option, supported by our MASQUEBICI technical team at the campsite. What's included: Daily cleaning and lubrication at the end of each stage. Priority access to our specialized mechanics and our spare parts stock, in case you need a specific repair or adjustment (additional fee of €60/hour + cost of spare parts used). This service does not include: Spare parts. Initial assembly of the bike before the event. Final packaging of the bike at the end of the race. Ideal for those looking to keep their bike in shape during the Titan without hiring a full mechanical service.

MECHANICAL SERVICE RETURN GUARANTEE

With this cancellation insurance, you'll be guaranteed a refund of your payment for the reserved MECHANICS service. You can decide if you want a refund or save it for another ride. The insurance is paid at the time of booking, and you can cancel up to three days before the start of our services, receiving a full refund. If you cancel two days or less before the start of the service, you will receive 50% of your payment. IMPORTANT: The service can only be canceled by sending an email to INFO@MASQUEBICI.COM and never once the reserved services have begun.
